2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept returns of covers that have already been assembled. The cover must also be in the original packaging. Some items, such as made-to-order covers, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team at sales@airsourcecovers.co.uk within upon receiving your item to request a return authorization.

b. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.

c. Include a copy of the proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

d. Our team will provide additional details as to where to send the return.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 20 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part. In cases where we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

7. Made to Order Items

For "Made to Order" items, returns and exchanges may be subject to additional terms and conditions. These items are crafted or customized specifically for you and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact our customer service team for specific information on returns and exchanges for "Made to Order" items.
