Returns Policy
At Air Source Covers, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please read our returns policy carefully before proceeding.
Notification of Delivery Damage
Any damage caused during delivery must be reported to Air Source Covers within three (3) days of receipt.
Important: Covers that have been set up or installed will not be considered as damaged during delivery.
Standard Covers
Standard covers can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, sellable condition.
Air Source Covers will not cover the cost of return postage. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.
Items received after the 30 days of delivery window will be refused.
Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected for any signs of damage or misuse. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Bespoke Covers
Bespoke (custom-made) covers cannot be returned unless they are found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or errors.
Once payment has been made and the terms and conditions have been approved, bespoke covers cannot be altered in size or design.
If you believe your bespoke cover is faulty, please contact us promptly to discuss your concerns.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at sales@airsourcecovers.co.uk to initiate the return process.
Package the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Include a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Ship the item to the return address provided by our team. Please retain proof of postage for your records.
Once we receive the item, our inspection team will evaluate its condition. If approved, we will process the refund or replacement.
